Akanne is an educational technology organisation or educational technology company in Nigeria (edtech for short) that renders, train and promotes the use of technology in education. Akanne provides EduTech services in the areas of training, software production, device deployment, hardware infrastructure setups, audio and video production, kids toys etc. We also showcase different educational technology activities and services rendered by EduTech companies with special interest in Africa. Africa continent in general has been challenged by poor education and under-development in general which leads to abject poverty in the continent.

The continuous advances in technology have led to the appearance of numerous new methods of electronic communication, such as social networking websites, emails, voicemails, and video conferences. It has changed education in so many ways. First, technology has expanded the access to education and there are huge amounts of information (books, images, videos, audio) that are available through the Internet and that will enable you to empower yourself with knowledge.
